| Riversdale Riding School Camps |
|
|
Riversdale Riding School offers two exciting three day Oxygen adventure camps during each school holiday. The first is a fun filled adrenalin pumping camp for ages twelve to eighteen and the second a junior camp for ages seven to thirteen. The Oxygen Adventure Camp is a great way for scholars to have an awesome time in a safe and positive environment whilst learning more about themselves and gaining invaluable inter personal skills.
These camps are ideal for NPO’s/NGO’s and we have seen much success from these organisations at these events.
What's on the menu?
- Some great horse riding overseen by the experts and for all levels of riders
- A fun filled obstacle course!
- Box-cart races - always a hit!
- Safe but exciting bow and arrow shooting.
- Various sports
- Creative kite building
- Exhilarating night time hikes
- Paint ball (Not for the junior adventure camp)

What can this do for my kids?
The Oxygen Adventure Camp not only gives the kids a great break away from their normal routine but also develops the following attributes and skills: Motivation, Positive values, Self discipline, Communication, Trust, Stress management, Organizational skills, Self Esteem, A generally positive outlook.
This is a great way for your kids to make new friends and spend their holiday or weekend in a relaxed yet exciting atmosphere whilst developing vital life skills.

| 3-Day Pony Camps! (Ages 10-19) |
This educational horse riding adventure camp for kids and young adults are hosted during the school holidays. It aims to improve beginner rider's ability to ride their horses in the correct way. Mainly the camp hopes to teach the participants how to ride in the safest and most enjoyable way for both horse and rider. Camp goers will walk away from the experience with a better understanding of horses and of how to have a good time with these exciting animals!
What’s on the menu?
- Gaining knowledge in basic horse riding technique
- Developing their skills in terms of how they interact with the horse
- Engaging with their horse in a fun filled obstacle course
- Discussing these amazing animals and various related topics
- Joining in an entertaining treasure hunt
